Incredible the amount of different techniques to tattoo care.
The guy who tattooed me says wash it 2 hours after the tattoo with an antibactierial unscented soap (Tattoo Goo makes one now) then a thin layer of Tattoo Goo.
After that wash it twice a day with the antibactierial soap and use the Tattoo Goo (or any unscented lotion) 3-5 times per day for 2 weeks.
I got a stupid question, why would anyone want a tat?

I have one that took into account some of my own military history and some from each of my deceased grandfathers who both served in WWII and Korea. It was a bond I shared with both of them that meant a lot to our family. It was my second tattoo and much larger but they are both still covered by short sleeve shirts.Quote:

Tattoos are a form of expression, and it is very accurate to call them Body Art. Some have a deep meaning, others are just for fun. It doesn't really matter if anyone else likes them, they are for you to enjoy.
People who judge others for having tattoos or piercings need to get over themselves and hop of their high horse.
Again, if you don't like it, fine don't get one. It doesn't make you any better than someone who does have a tattoo.
