Weather 1/19

Hi weather guros,

Wanted to reach out and see if anyone knows how bad I80 east of Omaha. I have a 8:00 AM flight tomorrow morning and was planning on driving over tongiht, but seeing the DOT website, it says roads are completely covered over there.

Any insight?

Couple inches is all in Omaha. It went south.

Just from the map it looks good to Atlantic, probably not that bad from that point given the lower snow amounts.

I can't tell you a straight answer because it all depends on how comfortable you are with driving in bad weather. That said, it's a few inches, roads will be slick. It's do-able but depends on you.
