I hate the Wisconsin Badger Cy

I got some ISU re-usable grocery bags for Christmas. They're great. Good quality, have the I-State logo, the punching Cy, the CyclONE logo, even the Iowa State University of Science and Technology logo on them. The only problem is, they also have the Badger Cy on them. Predomintaley. Six times on each bag, where there's no more than two of any of the other ones. I hate it with the fire of a thousand suns. That is all.

The bags are great though.

But I still hate Badger Cy.

I might be the only one, but what does the "badger cy" look like? Can you post a picture of that logo?

I really really wish there was some way to get the revamped Punching Cy back as our secondary logo.

This Bully Badger Cy can go on the kids stuff.

I don't think I'd care so much if it didn't replace Punching Cy and was more of a limited logo. The day I start seeing it on our football field or basketball court I'll really start ripping my hair out.

I hate it. I think it was a huge waste of time and money to make that stupid logo. I will never back down from saying this is the best alternate logo.

They seriously need to keep some sort of "Cyclone" aspect to the logo, instead of just a bird.

Reading between the lines, and I have nothing official to back this up at all, but I don't think the athletic department wants anything to do with this Cy. When it was unveiled, the press release and renderings came from some department in the university, whereas when the I-State logo was unveiled the AD had a press conference, and had fans vote on the options through Cyclones.com. I haven't really seen the new Cy anywhere at football or basketball games that I can think of, except on the shirt they handed out at the Wells Fargo game. So, hopefully, it'll just sort of go away.

That's my favorite too. They got the blue out of the old one and made Cy look more fierce.

This one is awesome and I will continue to wear stuff with it as long as they have it.
