Seems like you'd at least be able to run it on minimum settings.

That graphics card will give you issues with playability even if it is capable of launching the game.

Re: Will my computer play
If you're looking to do even moderate gaming on a laptop, getting Intel integrated graphics (which is what the GMA 4500 is) is pretty much a bad idea because the graphics processing power just isn't good enough.
If you really want to do any gaming on a laptop, you really need to get one with either nVidia or ATI graphics. However, each have its advantages and disadvantages. nVidia GPUs tend to be the most powerful on the market, but they tend to have issues with overheating and burning out (and when that happens, you have to replace the motherboard). ATI doesn't nearly have those problems, but you need to be careful because sometimes ATI GPUs aren't much better than Intel integrated chips (the ATI 4200 and 4250, for all purposes, are the equivalent to to GMA, considering ATI and AMD are part of the same company).
If you want to do any gaming on your laptop, you really need to make sure you have at least 512 MB of DISCRETE graphics memory, which will normally give you over 1 GB of total graphics memory. 1 GB of discrete graphics memory will usually give you over 2 GB total graphics memory.
