Bill Cosby in DM tonight

Wondering if any CF's are attending Cosby tonight at the Civic Center? Finally saw him for the first time last time he was here around a year ago. I don't think I've ever laughed more. I remember being introduced to his albums as a child was immediately a fan. I enjoy a wide range of stand up comedy, but really appreciate those who do comedy without all the vulgar language. Can't wait to see him again tonight.

I thought about it, but no. I was a fan of his albums as a kid too (and still as an adult).

Get to Fong's early. They are packed normally on weekends without any big events going on, let alone on Saturday night when events are booked at Wells Fargo, The Civic Ctr, and Polk Cty Convention Ctr.

If you get shut out, you might want to check out the new Kirkwood Lounge accross the street. I'm not sure how many people have found this place yet, so you might have better luck.

I saw him at a free show when I was a student ....maybe 1998 or 1999? Good show. I grew up on The Cosby Show, so that's how I remember him.

I absolutely love his albums, and I have for the last 11 years (5th grade). My personal favorite bit has always been "Brain Damage". I bust up every time I hear it!

Fall of 98 at Stephens, my freshman year. Some friends and I waited in line most of the afternoon for tickets and ended up 3rd row of the orchestra pit.

Back from his show tonight. I saw him for the first time at the Civic Center last time he was here a year or so ago and loved him. Tonight he was even better. I was laughing so hard I was crying. No one can tell a story like him and even tells stories within a story. Also have to see him in person because he is the king of making you laugh through facial gestures alone. Simply the best. Not an empty seat in the house either.

Dude, I was there too!!! I remember waiting there for long time and ended up in the front row. Awesome experience.

He is one of the best ever, anytime his stand-up "Himself" is on HBO I watch it and laugh out loud, the part where he thought his name was Jesus ****** and his brother was Dammit is hilarious.
