Just on the other side of EP True from me (i can see all the news trucks and police tape from where im sitting right now).... crazy stuff..

Yeah, either that or she was targeted for another crime and that went bad. Many of the units in that development i dont believe are sold yet, youre on the far west side of west des moines (take EP true west until EP true ends and thats where this is at), and there arent many people in general around these townhome developments at that time of day (mine's by the same builder just on the opposite side of EP True- i toured that model unit while shopping for homes a few years ago). All that kind of puts the agent in a bit of a vulnerable situation for a would-be criminal- confirmed somewhat by the fact that it doesnt sound like anyone saw anything about anyone coming or going.

Wow Alarson, we live in the same area. This girl went to ISU and is very good looking. She lives with her boyfriend currently. Based on the circumstances it seems she had to be targeted. How awful.

IMO, there's nothing to rob in a model unit, she had to be targeted.

Probably right, i was thinking more along the lines of robbing her or possibly sexual assault, though police now say they dont think it was random so there must not be evidence of either of those.

Hope they find whoever did this.
