Had a friend that was sued because they thought he was downloading music & movies. Cost him about $25,000 in lawyer fees to settle instead of spending five minutes to setup a password on his router to prevent his neighbor from accessing his internet.

Btw, his neighbor should be dragged out to the middle of the street and shot for downloading those types of images.
