Good question. Let's say you are a dance instructor. If you post a video and want that video to be at the top in the shortest amount of time possible, you want a view count that's much higher than in the hundreds. IF you watch the video over and over again from your IP address, I don't think it counts as more than 1 vote.

make the thumbnail picture for your video a hot chick, then people will click on it even if it's unrelated

A good dance video title has to start with "Double Dream".

Double Dream Hands and Double Dream Feet, are taken. I would suggest Double Dream Knees, Double Dream Elbow or Double Dream Femur.
