Can't wait for tonight. I know that this matters little to some as Bon Jovi has been to DM before, but this will be my first time seeing them in concert, so I went all out and got a floor seat ticket. Song I'm most looking forward to is dead or alive.

My 12-year old has the same taste in music I do, namely classic rock. When his mom and I told him we were going to this concert, we were worried because JBJ used to be his favorite. But he said, "I don't like Bon Jovi any more because they are country now."
I cried a little. So proud.
Journey is also coming to Omaha this summer.

Side note: I do remember Jon Bon Jovi stating way back when that he hoped Dead or Alive would become a classic rock song like (and I forget which song he compared it to but I think it was either Stairway to Heaven or Hotel California). Ahhhhhh….no. Not a bad song, but not anywhere in the same league IMO.
