according to this article it will start wherever 6pm occurs first (the international date line). so it should be about 1 am tonight.

The first place to hit will be Christmas Island in the Pacific. It's currently 3:30 AM there so the supposedly the rapture will hit there first in 14 and 1/2 hours. So that should be 11:00 PM here in central Iowa.
