That is cruel. I would have shot them or taken them to the pound, depending on my mood of course.

The male individual has a rap sheet that would exceed the length of a roll of toilet paper, and this is not the worst of his transgressions. There is a STRONG correlation between people who abuse animals and abuse people.
This type of crap just irritates me to no end. I just don't understand how or why people do this. If you can't afford to feed the dogs take them to the pound, they will take them. I wish these idiots could get the treatment they put the dogs through.
