Since I don't have kids I don't know if this is common but I remember when I was a kid my mom would always give me a birthday spanking. Seems a little weird to do it a school but at the same time seems pretty harmless. I don't think I would have problem with it if I had a child.

I think it's a little weird at the very least. "Happy Birthday! Now go to the principal's office so he can spank you."

Hmmmm when did she stop giving you birthday spankings? I know I'm still receiving mine from her each year :smile:
