The Home Listing Report considers average listing prices of four-bedroom, two-bathroom homes on ColdwellBanker.com. The report looked at 2,300 markets in North America, analyzing properties listed between September 2010 and March 2011.

Yep, seems to be hanging on pretty well in value. I expect this to change a bit soon with all of the river troubles. Houses in more demand as of late do to flood displacement.

Somehow, $75,000 for the home pictured below doesn't seem like a bargain... The 10 most affordable U.S. home markets - MarketWatch "Don't worry Boss...they can't do nothin' 'til they're through sparklin'..."

affordable, means not in demand. Don't know if I would be jumping up and down about that. woohoo, we made a list with Detroit, Cleveland, and several Georgia cities....

Isn't "10 most affordable" code for "10 cities nobody wants to live in so you can get houses really cheap"? I know I've been really considering a move to College Park...

I will stab you. How come noone ever asks politely for crank money. "Good day sir, would you be so kind to give me a couple dollars for crank? Thank you sir and have a blessed afternoon." I would totally give that young man a couple bucks.

That won't play in Detroit or Cleveland or the Siouxer.
