Seems like these things happen all the time, but don't get called all the time. The one guy said if they called every goal keeper for being off the line that they'd have penalty kicks until the end of time. I don't know much about soccer, but this reminds me of holding in football. There is holding every play, just a matter if it gets called or not.

I am getting a certain amount of grim amusement from the way the English announcer is subtly ripping on the officials every chance he gets. It's not super obvious, but the sarcastic bits he's dropping are awesome.

He does it in premier league games/champions leagues games on espn to when the refs are awful. It's pretty amusing.
