There are people in this world that actually need to use those for real medical problems or disabilities. She uses it because she doesn't want to walk her *** around the store for 8 HOURS! I would love to see this "woman" be airlifted to the middle of Somalia so that she can stuff her fat, ugly face with her 16 chins in front of a bunch of starving women and children and see how that goes over. Seriously, 20,000 calories a day could probably go a ways over there and would be put to much better use than she is making of it.
