Dilemma, watch ISU vs. Iowa or go to the Auburn vs. Mississippi State game?

At Auburn they probably don't show scores from "around the country" because to the barners they feel like the Barn is a country itself and their score is the only one that matters.

Just for fun you should ask some of the fans if they think Utah State should be the 14th team to the SEC after their performance last weekend.

Seriously, who gives a **** if it's an SEC game? I guess I'd rather watch my own team than go to a game where I don't care about any of the teams playing.

Big time? Auburn ain't too good this year. I'm glued to the TV or radio for road games, and I'm at all the home games. I'd be wasting my money going to an SEC game, because I'd be glued to a smartphone keeping up with the Iowa game. I wouldn't be experiencing anything at the stadium, because I simply don't give a rat's a** about the SEC, at least not enough to give them priority over the Hawks.

I'm in this camp. You aren't going to be able to help the Cyclones watching on TV so TiVo it and watch it as soon as you can. You gotta go to those legendary stadiums or matchups when you can. This is why I love my fellow clones!!! I grew up in Ames, received my undergrad, master's, and PhD from ISU. I am ALWAYS glued to the TV on road games. Hell, I got a dish just to watch as much ISU as possible.

But, this is my first and only few chances to see a sellout 88,000 SEC matchup. Moreover, I am going to wear my ISU gear and root for Miss St.

I just feel bad about missing ISU-Iowa as this is my favorite rivalry game. My reasoning behind this was that I can't do anything to cheer on the clones in Alabama so why not take this opportunity to see something unique.

I'm not turning my back on the clones...if anything this affirms my love of ISU as the start time of the ISU-Iowa game played a huge factor in whether I would go as I have debated for 3 days.

Go Clones and I miss AMES!!!!

Yep I would go to the Auburn vs Mississippi State game. You are going to see an Auburn team get completely embarrassed by a very good Mississippi State team. That will be a lot of fun to watch. Also, going to a game > watching a game on tv.
