Moving to Des Moines/Ankeny

So, my wife and I will be moving to DM/Ankeny area from Cedar Rapids very shortly for jobs we just took. Have a few BIG obstacles that we need to overcome and was looking for help anywhere we could get it.

-First, we need to sell our home in Cedar Rapids. If you, or anyone you know of is looking for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch on SW side of Cedar Rapids out by the Prairie Schools/Aegon/Yellowbook area, please shoot them our way!

-Second, if anyone knows of any really good daycare providers in Ankeny, Johnston, Urbandale, NE DM area that they can refer us to, that would be awesome too! My wife and I would like to get into an in-home daycare but do not know of anyone in that area so any references would be awesome!

-Lastly, we have a place to stay temporarily with relatives/friends but do not want to impose too long sor if anyone knows of any apartment complexes, places to live that are in decent areas in the above mentioned areas, I would appreciate it if we could get help on that also!

I lived in Tradition Apartments in Ankeny for a year, and really liked it there. There seem to be a lot of families in the complex, as well as some DMACC students, but it was always pretty quiet. Judy is awesome to work with and very accommodating. The complex is actually partially owned by Nick Collison and Judy is his mother.

Do you have a website for your house? I have a friend who is looking, but "3 bed/2 bath ranch" describes about 90% of the houses down here :)
