    help: resizing a felt hat

    is this an easy thing to do? i have a felt hat with a leather liner. it is currently about 1/2 size too small. can this be resized easily? do i have to take out the leather strip first, or can it be done all at once since it is just a small size adjustment?

    Out of curiosity, what type of felt hat is it? What is the # quality of the felt? I ask because in trying to resize a hat before I would advise to buy a new hat.

    I have reshaped hats but not resized. I think you need a contraption that goes inside the hat and pushes it out. But sure you have to the base
