I have been in the distribution/warehousing/manufacturing/shipping/receiving field for 15+ years now and am looking for something better than what I currently have. I understand that I am lucky to have a job, but I feel as though I am wasting time. I am an Operations Supervisor looking to make the next step. Any info/advice would be appreciated.
