If you could combine the Friday yoga pants thread with this one....

I've got some Crooked Tree IPAs in the fridge that sound pretty tasty. Is this available in Iowa?

Re: Friday Beer...
^No Surly beers are available in Iowa. Gotta make a roadtrip to MN to get it.

Well thats a load of bull...as for the raspberry tart...it is definitely good stuff. I took two of my buddys up to the New Glarus Brewery for a "pre-bachelor" party. One of them baught a bottle and ended up using it as a centerpiece for his proposal.

Re: Friday Beer...
Surly is only available in Minny. Last time I was in a liquor store up there the clerk was saying that he heard they would be distributing in Wisconsin and Iowa in the next year or so.

No yoga pants on a Friday? Cmon CF, step up to the game.
However, I have Steel(e) Reserve, which is fitting since Steele is a reserve now.

Re: Friday Beer...
It is Micheladas for me tonight. And many of them. If you're not familiar with them it is a Northern Mexico refreshing twist on red beers. A cup of ice, pour bloody mary mix or V8 about 1/2 to 3/4 full in the glass, squeeze in a 1/2 or full lime, drop in a few drops of Worcestershire sause. Then pour in Victoria or Negro Modello into the remaining space in the glass, drink some, pour in some more beer to replace that just drank, drink some more, repeat. I've always liked Bloody Mary's, and always hated red beers - but these things are amazing!

Re: Friday Beer...
Just picked up Yuengling for the first time in Ohio. Had it before and thought it was great, but it had to come from Pennsylvania. America's oldest beer. Can't wait to break it out and watch game 7.
