With the stories that he withheld information from paramedics, and tried to hide the various medications, I'm not sure how it could have gone any other way.

See Casey Anthony for an example of that. If he had put tape over Jackson's mouth, dumped him in a river and made up a bunch of fake occupations and babysitters...apparently that is how you get away with it...

I really don't know the details of this story and to be honest don't care to...but....wouldn't Jackson's "handlers" have some level of guilt here? While this "doctor" is guilty, I find it hard to beleive that he was giving these drugs etc without the direction of people under pressure to get ole Michael to perform.
