Elizabeth Alisha Greta Halfmoon, 45, also known to go by Alisha Halfmoon, was arrested for endeavoring to manufacture meth at the 81st and Lewis store.
Police say surveillance video shows Halfmoon had been in the store since noon. Six hours later security noticed she was acting suspicious, so they called Tulsa police.

I'm sure Tulsa isn't as bad as Iowa when it comes to Meth. Iowa is the Meth capital of the country.

You'd be surprised. The part of town just north of that store isn't even the worst part of town. Gimme a few minutes and I'll try to find the Tulsa PD's meth map that shows every house and apartment ever used as a meth lab.

According to that map there haven't been a lot of meth busts in Louisiana. She just found a need and filled it. Classic entrepreneurial spirit.
