    Smoked Oysters

    Smoked oysters are a holiday tradition in my family.

    I haven't bought any in years because I refuse to buy any from China. Found some finally this year that were produced elsewhere.

    My wife thinks they're nasty. But my brother, parents and I love 'em.

    Anyone topping townhouse crackers with these at Christmas time?

    Oysters huh? Pretty sure my dad said oyster soup and pickled herring was a family staple growing up around Christmas time.
