Tombstone is my faves. Side note, the judge that sentenced Earp after the OK was Wells Spicer (An Iowa man)
Wyatt Earp is one of Costners better movies (next to Waterworld) It is the more accurate of the two but that gun fight at the River is epic in tombstone

I love Thombstone. Wyatt Earp is probably more historically accurate, but the lines in Tombstone are awesome!

Re: Tombstone or Wyatt Earp?
While Wyatt Earp was somewhat more historically accurate Tombstone was far and away the better movie. One of my favorites of all time. Kurt Russell, Sam Elliot and Val Kilmer were all perfect for their roles. Great flick.

Dances with Wolves is the best Costner movie in my opinion. A great story with good acting. Costner should just stick to westerns. Open Range was pretty good too with co star Robert Duvall.

There is no such thing as a good Kevin Costner movie. Everything he touches turns to stone. He ruined Field of Dreams for me. I had to choke down The Guardian on my return trip from Hawaii in 2007, and I applauded and cheered when his character died in the end.

Tombstone all the way. "Why Johnny Ringo, you look like somebody just walked over your grave." -

Tombstone by a mile, Kilmer's performance is great, love that movie.

Re: Tombstone or Wyatt Earp?
Tombstone above and beyond, if only for entertainment purposes. The gun fights and the really great lines make it my number 1 movie every.
