It is a sample from a Celtic folk song. Óró Mo Bháidín by Mary O'Hara.
It's tough to figure out, becuase it's not in english.

The section in the beginning of the song is as follows:

‘S go hOíche Fhéil’ Eoin ní thiocfaidh mé aniar

translates to:
And I won't come back until St. John's Night

The same song is sampled at the end of the song where it sounds like Aaaah aaaahh....

Óró mo churaichín ó!

translates to:
Oh, my little currach o! (A currach is a boat)


It's a pretty song played on a harp. Some of the tune is in Sleepyhead as well.



I had to look this up, because I've seen Passion Pit in concert (they were extremely good) and not once did I ever hear anything about tacos.
