Sim City

Sweet! I played SimCity 4 a lot and thought it was a great game. I always hoped they would make a newer improved version without changing a whole lot. There were things that could have made the game better that could be implemented rather than revamping the whole thing.

EA likes to revamp NCAA football each year instead of just tweaking an already great game. Finally in '12 they did it right. They're obviously different developers, however.

I played the crap out of Sim City 4. To the point of designing my own buildings and making über-realistic maps and cities (Des Moines, Chicago etc). Not sure I have time for anything new anymore.

No, part of class warfare is that them rich folk who don't pause to think twice before plunking down the Apple Tax don't get good games either.

Honestly I am kind of worried about this game. I have a feeling EA will dumb it down to make the game appeal to more audiences. Not to mention they already have day one downloadable content.

I have a feeling EA is going to ruin this title that many hold close to their gaming hearts.
