For health reasons, and the albeit small price advantage, I've been trying to switch from 2% to skim. The problem is, I just can't hack drinking skim milk. This is the third time I've tried. Just wondering, if I force myself to stick with it will I eventually be able to make the switch?
Drink milk! Switch to 1% and enjoy. I am a graduate from the Dairy Industry program @ ISU and a little fat does not hurt you one bit. All the calcium, protein and other vitamins is the best food you can consume. Don't listen to people of the bad side of a little fat %. Drink milk and enjoy the Cyclone sporting event.
