If not jail one of them belongs in s side show. The article states that the 5 year old wore his 35 year old stepfathers jacket to school. One of them is not size appropriate for his age.

Amen to that. The string of legal and monetary trouble this guy is going to bring upon the world isn't worth keeping him around.

How did the teach know it was heroin? There might be a little more to this story than meets the eye.

I've never done heroin or seen it in real life, yet I'm pretty confident that if a 5 yr boy whipped out 35 packets of heroin, I'd be able to figure something wasn't quite right.

Oh, so now he gets in trouble for sharing and bring enough for the rest of teachers.

I am sure it was identified after it was reported. If I was principal and my kindergarten teach came up and told me that a studen brought heroin. My first reaction would be what!?! Then, wait how did you know...

Maybe the teacher thought it was cocaine and the police determined it was heroin.

the kid standing on the ceiling determined that it was, in fact, heroin.

And then my first thought if I were that teacher would be "because I'm not a *******, *******"

Maybe this guys does most of his "business" through the school and his step-son. The boy was just being creative by simply advertising the product via show-n-tell. The kid is going places.

I am picturing this kid in like 10-12 years and some kids are picking on him and ask "so what's the craziest thing you ever did?". The kid tells them he brought 50 packets of heroin to show-n-tell when he was in kindergarten...the kids just stfu and walk away.

I guess I should give teachers more credit for their knowledge of recreational drugs.

I don't think you have to be a drug user or dealer to recognize that 50 little baggies of powder bound by rubber bands could be a problem.
