Re: Traitors new uniforms.
Cool looking uniforms are not going to make their fans want to travel to places like South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Alabama instead of just driving to Ames, Manhattan, Lawrence, Stillwater, Norman, etc.
Their fans still have to just HATE this move to the SEC. I can't see, as a fan, why you would like this move at all?

The helmets are sick! I don't like the black jerseys as much, look too much like Iowa's jersey's.

That doesn't even set them apart in their own conference, where they are one of three teams named "Tigers".
Now imagine someone from Southern California watching a game...there's a good chance they see this team and have absolutely no clue what program they are. Iowa
USC
Colorado
Texas
Kansas St.
Arizona St.
Clemson
Louisville
USF
ECU
SMU
Fresno St.
Nevada
New Mexico
Wyoming
Air Force
Arkansas
San Jose St.
And now, Mizzou.
These are all D-1 programs that have mascots/logos on their helmets instead of letters or words. JP's misinformed.

In just a few short years I've become an opponent to all of the new rage uniform designs, especially the Oregon uniforms. I'm tired of the trend.
When Alabama changes, then we should change.

When Alabama changes, then we should change. Coming from a kid who was indoctrinated into the Crimson Tide fandom at a young age by my father (a UAT graduate), I believe that you are wrong. If our unis were as iconic as Alabama's (or our tradition as strong as Alabama's) then you would have a point.
