i think i just pay for the whole year at once at it is like 120 bucks or something. i was without my sirius for a month and came running back. You get used to it and it is far superior to regular radio. 120 i think is a really good deal.
Thats actually what they offfered me was $120.
I cant live without it, how anybody can listen to regular radio is beyond me.
I pay a year at a time. $142 for the year. I have had it since 2006
That's about what mine was after telling them I was going to drop it. Mine is old XM, no Howard Stern, but I don't miss him much. (the $120 rate)
Drop it. I do every time. I get 6 months at $24, and I've been doing it for years. You only have to wait a month or so, and they'll mail you a card with that offer.
I'm probably on my 6th or 7th six month @$24 plan. I just put a sticky note on my computer monitor of when to call in and not renew in 5 1/2 months and sometimes they re offer the plan, or if they don't, I decline it. Then a card will come in the mail in a month with that offer.
I've ended up just streaming to my cell phone and plugging that into my car instead. With Tune-in, you can get pretty much everything that's on Sirius (that I listened to anyway).
The only thing I miss from my Sirius trial was Faction to listen to Jason Ellis.
Never been a fan of Ellis.
We bought a new car in January and the 3 month trial is set to expire in about 10 days. Had a friend buy the same car and a month after expiration they offered him a deal at $5/month. I'm holding out for that.
