    Storage shed

I am looking to buy a storage shed for under $500, any ideas in the Des Moines area where to get one. I have a neighbor that would put it together.

build your own shed would be the best way to save money and you may be able to build a larger shed on the money you save. people who sell sheds have to make a profit. use their profit to build a bigger shed for yourself...

If I could build my own shed, I would not have posted this on Cyclone Fanatic.

I bought a rubbermaid shed and put it together myself. Really easy. It's not a huge one (maybe 6 x 6 x 6), but it works for what I needed.

The point was, don't buy a kit. Just buy the lumber. If your neighbor is all that handy, he can build with that and save you money. It's pretty simple construction.
