Never been in a tanning bed, or really even burned from the a sun burn, but three weeks ago I was diagnosed with stage 2 skin cancer and two weeks ago had to get a nice sized 3" by 1" chunk of skin cut out of my stomach. My surgeon said to use SPF 15 which blocks 94% of harmful rays or SPF 35 which blocks 97%. Rays can even go through your shirt! Needless to say, I'm now terrified of the sun, and that lady is a dumb ***.

Looking at her daughter, first thing that came to mind was Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. I'm no dr. but she seems to have some of the physical traits. The lady has a serious problem. Obviously, there is a point where your skin cannot get any darker, so she is definitely wearing african american makeup to appear even darker. Just sick.
