No surprise. They've got a monopoly on the state and it shows. Why bother to have decent service or prices when you know people will accept whatever you give them.
definitely agree with this during the time i spent in good ole Iowa.

Thanks you consumer reports for confirming something that I thought was true but had no basis.
I really wish somebody would come in with an ala carte type service. There are only a handful of cable channels I watch consistently.
I THINK YOU PEOPLE ARE MISSING THE OVERALL THEME OF THE THREAD.
