CF and Cyclones.com killing my internet connection!!

Every time I'm on these, every other website I try to go to doesn't work. And it also takes forever for CF to load. I have to wait for it to stop loading plus another five minutes for other websites to work. Anyone else have this problem?

Both sites are Adobe Flash enabled - that's what's slowing your connection down - all the flash ads and content. Even so, one cannot see or do hardly anything on Cyclones.com w/o flash enabled. I wish both sites would switch to HTML5 for their multimedia content.

No problems now but in the past I have had some slow downs. Usually just cleared browser history of everything and restarted firefox. Never spent too much time trying to figure out what CF or its advertisers were doing to slow things down.

If that doesn't help you could try this free online scanner for viruses and spyware.

Try "no ******: addon on Foxfire - keeps the junk away literally. It appears that CF routinely has 7 sites running ****** at same time and you only need one to three of them. Use ad blockers also. If your computer is talking to you, you may be getting too much info from a website.
