    Talk me out of this phone

    I've had a Droid x for the last two years so now its time to get something new.

    I have to stay with Verizon.

    I want a large screen.

    I'm considering the Razr Maxx. It has the top battery made, decent performance , 4g, and the right size screen for me. The only negatives I see are that the screen could be better and I'd like to see NFC. I keep hearing about the Razr Maxx hd but have yet to see a date.

    Opinions, alternatives?

    I'm not interested an a iPhone. My wife bought one week ago and I'd rather have my two year old droid x.

    My wife and i just got Razr's last weekend. I got the Maxx and she got a regular Razr. So far we love them. I spent all day on my phone yesterday using the browser, youtube, and iheartradio(6 am until 9:30 pm) and the battery was down to 15% which is a lot different than my DROID 1 where i had to charge it every 2 hours. The 4g is faster than the internet connection at my office. The only downside so far is my wife had issues yesterday with the 4g (she works in Johnston) and the browser wouldn't work properly, but it works fine at home. My favorite thing is that it's a bigger screen but it's actually the same thickness as my previous DROID and about half the weight.
