Anyone Been to Nicaragua?

Has anyone been to Nicaragua, any place a must see while I am there? I will spend the majority of my time working in different field clinics but towards the end of my trip will have more freedom.

I like the two nature reserves on the east coast. Beautiful. I stay away from the large urban areas where the crime rate is just too high for me. Be aware they like to target americans, I wear local cloths and speak spanish as much as possible. Be aware and have fun.

Our time in urban areas will be minimal, just to get from and to the airport so that's good. The reserves sound like great options!

I've been to Detroit several times and am still around to talk about it so you should be fine. My advice, don't play card games in the streets.
