Horrible commercials
Anybody ever not bought a product, specifically, because of the terrible advertising for the product?
For me, it's just about anything locally produced. especially the Wiley eyes commercials.
Nationally, the General's insurance ones bother me.

Subway because of Jared the Subway guy. HATE HATE HATE.
The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It has been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game: it's a part of our past, Ray. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again. Oh... people will come Ray. People will most definitely come. -

Agreed. Those bug the crap out of me.
We always have the local news on in the background when we're getting ready at our house in the morning. Our ABC affiliate has a little "buffer" commercial that is Ellen DeGeneres (sp?) yelling "HEELLLLLOOOOOO" for about 5 seconds. It shouldn't be a big deal, but that is like nails on a chalk board for me.

The General. Also progressive and that Flo lady. However, the absolute worst is the Education Connection lady doing her little stupid dance. It annoys the crap out of me and my wife. She thinks she is way way cooler than what she really is.
Nobody but HB knows for sure. You pretty much know nothing....like Knownothing would like to say.

Re: Horrible commercials
Mediacom's commercials are bad. The ones from last year I think that had people dressed up in animal costumes were terrible.

The phone commercial with the mom and daughter crying... Whoever thought people wanted to listen to blubbering idiots needs a career change.

Re: Horrible commercials
Mediacoms only because they make it a point to say they have faster customer service. I can't ever recall a simple phone call to them taking less than 20 minutes.
Progressive because that chick is the most annoying ever.
Remember that stressed spelled backwards is desserts!

Obviously they had problems with that one since they changed it so you can actually understand what they are saying - no subtitles required. It is even less effective that way. Just ****can it.

Re: Horrible commercials
Iphone commercials are starting to wear on me. Especially the one with the girl in pajamas dancing.
I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.
