So they are talking about now being able to use the small amount of ketchup that is left behind?
Don't most restaurants refill those out of a paint can of ketchup? So is there ever really any unused ketchup until they throw the bottle away?
Also I think people will use more ketchup with it being able to flow easier and now Heinz will have to make more ketchup, so the landfill will get more bottles thrown into it.

some monsanto chemists had this same thing back in the late 70s, unfortunately upon toxicology testing, it was found to leech into the food and kill lab rats. End of project.
