apparently NBA Commis asked Rome "if he still beat his wife" after Rome asked Stern about the NBA Lottey being fixed

People who think the lottery is rigged obviously do not understand anything about statistics, although those people are probably more likely to be fans of Jim Rome's show I suppose.

I think it's fairly obvious he was pointing out how ridiculous the question is by posing a ridiculous question of his own.

He wasnt implying that Rome beat his wife. He was saying that no matter how he answers the question, its a lose lose.

And also, to think that the lottery is fixed just shows that you are an idiot.

I'm not one that thinks there is a fix, but there are some that do that's why he asked the question.

I don't think there's any evidence that Rome has ever beat his wife, which would make it more obvious that Stern was trying to prove a point, that point being that Rome is an idiot.
