Are you talkn about 'the show' ... If so, Yes it is hard to hit, i suggest trying all the four different batting options and also try playing with the sliders ... Turn down pitch speed to 0 and increase as you get better also suggest increasing batter contact and vision a notch or two ... Game is very fun overall but def has things that need tweeking ... Let me know if you need any other help ...
I play on easy and use Classic controls. I hit about 5 home runs a game. On MLB 2K12

Just got this game, Its my first baseball game for a while. Either I am really bad or its extremely hard to hit... ugh
I got it when it first came out, played it for about an hour, and haven't played since. I almost got no hit by Bruce Chen. It's been collecting dust ever since.
I meant MLB 2k12, sorry. I am playing on the Normal settings.
I am sure I will get used to it but I got one hit in my first game, hit an opposite field homer with my leadoff hitter in the next game, and then got shutout in the next two.
