Not extremely excited for this, but a PPV always has a chance to throw some surprises. I've always maintained that anytime Vince McMahon is involved on screen, the show is better.

Also am hoping a feud ignites between Brock/Triple H.

anyone else thing its weird that the wwe title matches are never even the headliners at PPV's anymore?

i mean it makes sense at wrestlemania when you have somebody like the rock coming back, because you aren't gonna give him the title. i get that. and the royal rumble is obviously the main event at that PPV. but really at all the other ones the headliner should be for the belt.

IMO it's because the caliber of the everyday guys they have at the top right now aren't huge superstars. I mean you'll never talk about punk/del rio/daniel bryan/etc. in the same breathe as HBK, Stone Cold, rock, HHH or some of the other guys who carried the company in years past.

I think that Punk and Bryan have the ability to carry things really well. Not like that crew you mentioned, but there really hasn't been a crew that explosive show up at the same time with the same TV/PPV possibilities. That sort of things probably won't happen again.

Of course, it doesn't help my case if they don't get the chance to prove themselves at the very top of the card. I'm not sure that I'm watching the final match. I just don't care a whole lot.
