The damning evidence is apparently his adopted son is claiming he was abused, which makes this situation even more ****ed up and sad.

I know this kind of child abuse is serious & terrible, but I couldn't help but giggle when I saw this: -

Hes going to be guilty...its just a matter of how many counts hes guilty on.

I think it was a pretty shrewd move by the prosecution to let this information out as the last thing jurors think about before they go to deliberation. His own step son....

Actually it didn't get released until after the jury was deliberating. They shouldn't know any of this (who knows how much information gets out, but I am guessing that for a night or two not much will get out).

Re: Sandusky Trial Presecution Closing Statements
I'm interested in what, if anything, the NCAA will do to Penn State after he is found guilty. Did Penn State violate any NCAA regulations? No. But their administrators violated the law and were accomplices in destroying many boys' lives.
If SMU gets the death penalty for paying recruits, what does Penn State get for a coach that rapes young boys and an administration that covers it up for years so more boys get raped?

Re: Sandusky Trial Presecution Closing Statements
I can't imagine what there is to deliberate.

Lots to go over on that even if every vote is 100 percent guilty.
