The damning evidence is apparently his adopted son is claiming he was abused, which makes this situation even more ****ed up and sad.

I know this kind of child abuse is serious & terrible, but I couldn't help but giggle when I saw this:

Hes going to be guilty...its just a matter of how many counts hes guilty on.

And that would be exactly why Sandusky's lawyers wouldn't put him on the stand. Clearly that's what was being discussed and there is no way in hell the defense wanted to open that can of worms for the prosecution.

I think it was a pretty shrewd move by the prosecution to let this information out as the last thing jurors think about before they go to deliberation. His own step son....

Actually it didn't get released until after the jury was deliberating. They shouldn't know any of this (who knows how much information gets out, but I am guessing that for a night or two not much will get out).

I'm interested in what, if anything, the NCAA will do to Penn State after he is found guilty. Did Penn State violate any NCAA regulations? No. But their administrators violated the law and were accomplices in destroying many boys' lives.

If SMU gets the death penalty for paying recruits, what does Penn State get for a coach that rapes young boys and an administration that covers it up for years so more boys get raped?

Have to vote by the jury for all 40+ charges against him, probably with a review for what every charge was for and the evidence that was applicable to that charge.

Lots to go over on that even if every vote is 100 percent guilty.
