I have a feeling most people who have made a lot of money would completely disagree with you.

Green is a gamble that has a 50% success rate... and a 10,000% return upon success.

I wouldn't begrudge anyone for picking Red but the monetary odds for Green are fifty times better than those for red. That's pretty damn smart to me.
