Great weekend.
Who else had a great weekend? I went to my buddies wedding, and it was a blast, haven't had that much fun at a wedding ever before. Possibly because when I'm at weddings I'm usually not the persons age. Besides being out in a tux in 98 degree heat for 5 hours it was awesome. What did you guys do this weekend?

This is something that I have always wanted to do, I haven't shot my bow in a long time but I might have to dust it off. I used to go spearing carp in the rivers in Minnesota haha.

Re: Great weekend.
I enjoyed it. It was my first time out. Shot a couple and forgot to get my elbow out of the way of the string a couple times. Well worth the bruise.

Re: Great weekend.
I didn't know how fun weddings can be until I was old enough to take part in the drinking and wedding party festivities either. When you know the whole group really well they truly are one of the funnest times!

Re: Great weekend.
We bought a car. 18 years newer than my current car. Drove home from the gym today and I got cold in 95 degree weather due to having working a/c. It was magical.
Next weekend should be good too - headed to Des Moines for a wedding!

7/10 of our bridal party members (including husband and I) were ISU grads. We used Sweet Caroline as our entrance song to the reception.
And then played it later in the evening too. One of my favorite moments - remembering all the ISU students/grads singing that song at the top of our lungs.

I'm glad we got it before we had to drive 10 hours next weekend. Otherwise we would have been taking my husband's car that has a bad habit of going into limp mode at 30-40mph. Not good when it frequently happens on on/off ramps.

I had a lame weekend. Worked waayyy to much, had a boring date, and didn't get much studying done for the PE. I also listened to "Ho Hey" approx 100 times.

Re: Great weekend.
I played a crappy round of golf today. The course I went to had a horrible sprinkler system or they never used it. It was like hitting off concrete.
