People you made fun of when you were young
I always laughed at the kids in Boy Scout uniforms. My dad and uncle taught us kids everything you could learn in scouts, minus the goofy uniform. During my hunter's education class as a kid, the instructor had a couple of boys in scouts and they always wore those stupid outfits. They couldn't shoot worth a damn, either.

I will attest to this that I always got made fun of... until I was challenged by the hunters to do a certain thing that they thought they were better at. I won every single challenge they could think of... including hunting!

I got kicked out of Scouts for eating Brownies. Originally Posted by CycloneYoda I always laughed at the kids in Boy Scout uniforms. Hmm I thought this was going to be a reflection thread where you felt bad about making fun of people.

The Scouts present a good opportunity for those boys without the male role model around to learn those skills. And without the Boy Scouts who do have the dad around, there wouldn't be very many men to be Scout leaders.
"There are five real good recruits in the state. We got three of them. One couldn’t get into school, and the other went to (the University of) Iowa...which is about the same thing." - Coach Johnny Orr -
Re: People you made fun of when you were young
This one girl in my elementary school used to flap her arms like a bird, and the rumor was that she ate moths. Made fun of her quite a bit, I also thought this thread was going to be about feeling bad.

Re: People you made fun of when you were young
I was an athlete, but also a musician, so between those 2 there weren't too many people to make fun of. But one group that i made fun of then, and continue to this day, is gamers

People who are intolerant of other people's feelings and the Dutch.

Its nearly 40 years later and I'm still a little disgusted with myself for my actions then.
