I have dish and mchsi and I have never called them in 2 years for customer support.
I can't get anything else (I live in a DSM suburb close to the Centry link CO and all I can get is 1.5Mb. Seriously........
That is what i got in Ames back in 1998...
so I will take my 20Mb pipe (could get more if I want) and go from there.
