My wife and I have a reservation to tour the New Belgium Brewery in a couple weeks in Fort Collins. We have a few hours to kill before then and were wondering if anyone had suggestions on things to do nearby. I noticed there are quite a bit of hiking trails in Rocky Mountain National Park. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Wouldn't consider this something you'd do if you only have a couple hours to kill. Unless you're planning on just hiking around and not summitting.
14 miles round trip at elevation is tough, first timers should probably start realllly early so they can get below the tree line before noon/early in the afternoon.
There is a lake in the park that had the side of it busted out causing a flood. It cut a revine in the side of the mountain and there are huge boulders spread in the revine from the lake to the bottom land. You can hike the trail up to the lake, or go directly up the boulders if you are looking for a challenge and workout.
I think it was called Lawn Lake, but I might be wrong.
Poudre and Red Feather Lakes are closer to Fort Collins. RMNP is a couple hours away. Lots of stuff up in the Poudre.
Also go to Funkwerks brewery. Its better, smaller and they serve cheese.
