My best friend said in 1993 ,as the head wire tapper of the D.E.A. in the N.E. of USA ,that heroin would be 6 times cheaper in 8 years and 98% pure to snort it and not shoot it ... lived in NYC for 30 years straight and ...it happened...it does not behooth me too even give you statistics as they are pure as the the heroin and lost a good friend who snorted a big line of heroin on his bachelor party thinking it was cocaine..

It is sad but true. End of story for me. Keep making up your own conclusions.
