Cell phone booster

My office is in a basement and my cell reception is terrible. Anyone have any experience with these? Do they work?

I looked at one at Best Buy for $200 and it said you must have transmitter 6-12 inches away from phone.

i got the free one from sprint because i said my service sucked inside

If its a problem of your home or a building not getting reception inside then it will work as it pulls the outside reception inside. If you just have terrible reception outside then its not going to make it any better. We use one at our place of business where the building is all tin and it works great. You can be any where in the room and it will work. I believe it was the $200ish one from best buy.

Just don't get the Wilson Electronic ones. I have one and it's garbage. Let us know if you find something that works. I'm looking too. Verizon has the thing you hook to your Internet.
