    Clipper Wind Power Layoffs

    Just heard that Clipper Wind Power in Cedar Rapids just laid off all non essential employees. Not entirely sure what that means but could be big news depending on how you look at it.

    Try to keep this out of the cave.

    Gates told TV 9 that explanation is largely correct. A number of customers have had problems arranging financing and have deferred orders till future years.
